? INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by SWAD Catering Services. By confirming an order or availing our services, you agree to comply with the terms stated below.

? SERVICES

SWAD provides catering and allied hospitality services for events, institutions, and corporate clients.

  • Menu and services are customized based on client requirements
  • All services are subject to availability and confirmation

? BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment
  • Verbal confirmations are not considered final bookings
  • Final event details must be shared at least 48 hours prior to the event

? PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST or others)
  • Advance payment is required to confirm booking
  • Balance payment must be cleared before or immediately after the event unless agreed otherwise
  • Additional services or changes will be charged separately

? CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accurate event details including guest count, timing, and location
  • Ensure necessary permissions, venue access, and utilities (electricity, water)
  • Inform dietary restrictions or special requirements in advance

? FOOD & SERVICE DISCLAIMER

  • Food is prepared under strict hygiene standards
  • SWAD is not responsible for issues arising due to food consumed after service duration
  • Taste preferences may vary; reasonable variations do not qualify as service failure

? QUANTITY VARIATION

  • Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior
  • Increase in guest count will be charged additionally
  • Reduction after confirmation may not be eligible for refund

? CANCELLATION & REFUND

Cancellation and refund policies will be governed as per the SWAD Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

? DAMAGES & LIABILITY

  • Client is responsible for any damage to equipment, utensils, or setup provided by SWAD
  • SWAD is not liable for loss or damage caused due to external factors or venue issues

? DELAYS & SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

  • SWAD will make best efforts to ensure timely service
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

? FORCE MAJEURE

SWAD shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or emergencies

? INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, menus, presentation styles, and materials remain the property of SWAD and may not be used without permission.

? PRIVACY

Client data is handled as per our Privacy Policy and is kept confidential.

? GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat.
