? SWAD – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

? GENERAL

At SWAD Catering Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality food, hygiene, and service excellence across all events and orders.

Due to the perishable nature of food and customized catering services, our return and refund policies are structured accordingly.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we request you to inform us immediately (during or within 24 hours of service delivery) so that we can take corrective action.

? ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

? Before Event / Delivery:

  • More than 72 hours before event:
    ? 100% refund (excluding any advance booking or procurement costs)
  • 24–72 hours before event:
    ? 50% refund (balance retained for preparation and logistics)
  • Less than 24 hours before event:
    ? No refund (due to procurement, preparation, and manpower allocation)

? RETURNS (FOOD ITEMS)

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, food items cannot be returned once delivered or served.

Exceptions may be considered only if:

  • Incorrect items were delivered
  • Food quality is proven to be compromised at the time of delivery

In such cases, the issue must be reported immediately with proof (photos/videos).

? REFUNDS

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect order delivered
  • Significant quality issues verified by our team
  • Service failure attributable to SWAD

? Refund Process:

  • Initiated within 5–7 working days after approval
  • Processed via bank transfer / original payment method

? SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS (PREFERRED RESOLUTION)

Instead of refunds, we prioritize:

  • Replacement of items
  • Immediate corrective service at venue
  • Credit note for future orders

(This ensures minimal disruption to your event experience.)

? SALE / DISCOUNTED PACKAGES

Promotional, discounted, or customized packages are non-refundable.

? EVENT-SPECIFIC TERMS

  • Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior
  • Any increase in quantity will be charged additionally
  • Reduction in guest count after confirmation may not be eligible for refund

? FORCE MAJEURE

No refunds shall be applicable in cases of:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Unforeseen external disruptions beyond company control

However, we may offer rescheduling or credit options at our discretion.
